3. Subscription Plans

Access to Gybro requires an active platform subscription. Plans, pricing, and features are described on our website and may be updated with reasonable notice. Subscription periods and renewal terms are defined at the time of plan selection.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written consent

5. Payment Terms

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, subject to data retention requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gybro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
