What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Elite?
Starter includes CRM, member directory, staff directory, and manual staff attendance. Pro adds PT session tracking, flat-rate commissions, payroll deductions, and PT revenue reports. Elite unlocks tiered commission splits, multi-branch staff transfers, trainer performance analytics, the full coaching module with AI plan builder, member OTP portal, daily checklists, smart food swap, WhatsApp delivery, and priority phone support.
Can I preview PT or coaching features on Starter?
Yes. PT, payroll, and coaching menu items remain visible, but opening them shows an upgrade screen with a clear comparison of what Pro and Elite include.
How do I get started with Gybro?
Create an account, select a platform subscription plan, register your first gym branch, and access your dashboard. The entire onboarding takes just a few minutes.
Can I manage multiple gym branches?
Yes. Gybro supports multiple branches under a single owner account. Plan limits vary by subscription tier — see our pricing page for details.
How does billing work?

What happens when my subscription expires?
You will be prompted to renew your plan to maintain access. Your data is retained according to our data retention policy during grace periods.
