Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Gybro provides refunds for platform subscription payments. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription plan.

Subscription Billing

Gybro platform subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis according to the plan you select. Payment is required to maintain active access to the platform workspace and its features.

Free Setup Period

During initial onboarding, your subscription may be activated with a pending payment status. You may evaluate the platform during this period before completing payment through our payment gateway integration.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 days of the initial paid subscription charge
  • Platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our billing team

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility window
  • Partial-month usage after a billing cycle has commenced
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless eligible under this policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact billing@gybro.com with your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
